Docs Overview

Understand what RemotePilot helps teams operate and why teams adopt it.

What RemotePilot does

RemotePilot is a remote PC management service for classrooms, training centers, retail sites, offices, and other environments with many shared desktops. Operators can check PC status from one console, view a problem machine remotely, take action when needed, and run repeat maintenance work without visiting every desk.

Who uses it

  • Operations teams check PC status and resolve issues without traveling to the site.
  • Decision makers evaluate whether the product can reduce response time, site visits, and repetitive maintenance work.
  • Installers set up managed PCs and organize them in the operator console.

Product parts

  • Operator Console is where the team manages the PC list, connection state, remote support, automation tasks, and updates.
  • Managed PC App is installed on each PC that should be visible and manageable from the console.
  • Docs and download pages help teams understand, install, and operate the product.

Operating flow

  • Install the managed PC app on site machines.
  • Register or import PCs in the operator console.
  • Check online state and recent connection time.
  • Select a problem PC, view its screen, and take the needed action.
  • Use automation and updates to keep the PC fleet consistent.

Scope

These docs are written for teams evaluating RemotePilot and for operators who will use it day to day. They focus on product value, rollout, and operating standards rather than internal implementation details.
